NOTE Once you install the Microsoft Outlook Extension, opening Outlook means opening Autotask PSA in the background. This reduces duplicate data entry and ensures that the most current data is available in both applications. You can work in Outlook and have access to many features of Autotask PSA. The Autotask PSA MS Outlook Extension provides integration between Autotask PSA and Microsoft Outlook email, calendar items, and contacts.
